Hubert Mayer

Hubert (Huby) Mayer, a native songwriter and one of the most versatile folk music composers, was born on September 18, 1954 in Innerfragant (Carinthia, Austria). With 14 different instruments in his repertoire and countless song productions, he and his Fidelen Mölltaler became pioneers of the folk music scene. His most well-known title is the waltz Eine Herde weißer Schafe (A herd of white sheep).
